It was this holistic approach to my practice that transformed me from an anxiety-ridden individual, struggling to get out of bed and constantly overwhelmed by my own emotions, to being where I am today. About Kyle.
I believe yoga shouldn’t be some mystical experience reserved for ashrams in the heart of India. It’s something much more accessible — a practice that anyone can learn, cultivate, and experience in the comfort of their own home. Yoga is for everyone. No matter who you are or where you’re starting from, you’ll be able to feel the magic of this practice in the space I’ve created. With a deep respect for yoga philosophy, I blend what I’ve learned through my time studying in India with developmental movement, storytelling, and practical mindfulness. My goal is to offer a holistic approach to the art of living — one that meets modern-day practitioners where they are. My teaching is grounded, playful, and real. I aim to break through the barriers of wellness culture and welcome all levels and personalities to the mat. I’m certified through two established ashrams in India and hold a 500+ hour RYT with Yoga Alliance®, with additional training from master teachers across the country. But more importantly, I’m still learning. This space I’ve created — it’s also for me. It’s the resource I wish I had when I first began, so in a sense we are practicing together.
